10.00 (excellent) I love the .hack// series, this "set" of episodes in the series follows The World, and online game in which the players are completely immersed in the game. Shugo and his twin sister Rena follow a journey after winning the .hacker player avatars. I highly recommend it.

9.50 (excellent) Excellent OVA series. It's interesting to see the characters as females, and while it is short you get to see the real world, 'The World', and characters from the previous seasons of the show. I recommend it to any .hack fan. I only wish it was longer.

10.00 (excellent) Its a great love/comedy series.
The first episode REALLY hooks you into the series and it never lets up.
I think the series has a great plot, that also leaves unknown points that allow you to make up whatever theory you want to have for some of the characters.

10.00 (excellent) A funny series that is partially a romance/mostly harem theme. The series fills each episode with humor. The first season is mainly based upon the characters and how their day to day lives are circled around bringing spirits to rest and allowing them to pass on to the next life. It is very fast paced and comedic, it makes me laugh each time I watch it. The second season is just as funny if not more, and is based more upon a new semi-main character who desires to release the main character from his weakened state and return all of his powers. This series in all seasons is filled with fanservice at LEAST twice per episode.

Angel Beats!

10.00 (excellent) When Yuzuru Otonashi wakes up outside a highschool being told that he is dead and that he is in the afterlife, nothing will be the same ever again. Almost immediately he gets stabbed and 'killed' to prove that he is dead, just to revive a few hours later. He joins fellow dead students out to survive against Angel, a girl who is much more than she appears; but the battle might just make sure he stays dead, permanently.

9.75 (excellent) Contains humorous, yet serious themes. It differs from the manga like most anime, yet it can still keep you interested in any situation. I would recommend this series to everyone.

9.25 (very good) Its a good story with a long running plot, but it has too many unnecessary fillers.
I plan to continue watching, but i hope that the pace of the story picks up.

6.00 (average) A series that is based on vampires. It is a slow story that keeps you interested somehow. The dark themes and settings add to the vampire theme. Even though it kept my attention it was slow throughout, I have to give it a 6 in the end.

8.00 (good) Robots.
I could see many anime that appear to have emulated this at some point.
Plot doesn't seem to make sense, but it's an old fashioned anime with some credit.
Many of the things done in the series are very creative.

9.50 (excellent) A very good anime, it follows a story of revenge through a girl that has lost her mother figure and her journey to become strong enough to avenge her. Along the way she makes friends and unlocks power that she never realized that she could have, ultimately coming to meet her foe and experience a battle with herself at the same time. Filled with loss, love, and plots twists, this series continues to astound the viewer. The only reason this series did not receive a 10 from me is that the ending left many open ends that needed to be solved as well as concluding in a manner that is opposite of how one would expect the prior events to lead.

8.25 (good) The beginning and end of the series are great because of the multiple cliffhangers, however the middle is EXTREMELY slow and makes it hard to keep interested. I personally think that the series could have been better in several parts, but the introduction and ending well make up for it.

10.00 (excellent) I love the series in entirety. The romance theme of it progresses in a nice rate, and I can't help but fall in love with the characters.
I plan to continue watching this and see if the anime takes any unexpected twists. ^-^

10.00 (excellent) Its a sad love story with some themes that leave you feeling like some of the characters have seen some of the worst sides there are to life.
By the end of the series, you have another moment to make your own theory about the characters, which i personally enjoy, because it lets you choose the ending that YOU want for the characters.
The manga however proceeds far beyond the anime. The manga has many more sad points to it, but in the end brings almost every sad end to a happy point that concludes giving you a happier feeling.

10.00 (excellent) A very funny romance/harem themed story. The storyline is very fast paced and never loses your interest. As you learn more about each character the story unfolds right before your eyes and you start to understand the circumstances that brought some of the characters to where they are now. The series concludes nicely, while allowing you to create your own theory about what happens to each character in the future. Did I mention that some of the main characters are Succubi?

10.00 (excellent) Filled with comedy, action, romance, and hilarity; I recommend this series to any who love any of these genres and I tell you the hardest part of watching this series would be trying to keep a straight face.

He is My Master

Seen: completely

Last Updated: Aug 23, 2009

10.00 (excellent) A funny harem style story about two teenage girls that have run away from home and end up staying at a teenage boy's house as live-in maids. It is a short series that slowly develops a romance between the oldest girl and the master that they serve, while her younger sister produces many diabolical plans to bring her sister and master closer together. It is a fast paced series that is filled with humor in each episode. You see each relationship as it grows through the series, and the trickery that is played upon the characters always keeps the viewer entertained. Slightly fanserviced in several episodes.

High School of the Dead

8.00 (good) A very good series, I enjoy watching this series because it provides a different angle from other anime and manga.
It provides a more serious theme and tone throughout, and therefore gives the viewer a more mature view of the subject.
Through the violence and serious themes, there are some instances of comedy as well, which serve to create a sense of relief to the viewer and lighten some of the darker moments. I hate that it ended so early, should have been longer because the ending is just a cliffhanger (probably meant to get you to buy the manga).

10.00 (excellent) great series, the constant suspense and twists always keep you guessing
its a series that i can constantly re-watch and enjoy again and again.
Its a great horror series. The multiple arcs leave a great impression upon you, showing that anything can happen just by the varying situations. The first season provides multiple arcs, endings, and resolutions. The second series provides multiple more arcs and concludes the many open ends left behind. I have yet to see the third season yet, but I intend to see it as soon as possible.

7.50 (good) Loved the first 8 episode, but I hate the way that they ended it on the last 4. Took the characters I like best and basically kicked them while they were down. Good romance anime. Recommend it for all, but warn you that you may get pissed in the end.

7.00 (above average) Have seen all movies and most of the series that has been released. I put emphasis on that fact because the series was never finished. Due to that crucial point of no end to the story, in my opinion, the series if you could keep watching through at least 200+ episodes, it is a let down to all fans.

10.00 (excellent) Storyline based upon the growing relationship between a student and a girl who has a secret life fighting alien invaders. You never see the aliens, but as the story progresses you see the strain that this puts on her. As they both grow they come to love each other more. A very good romance anime, i highly recommend it. The ending kind of leaves you wondering about the future for them both.

10.00 (excellent) Hilarity ensues at this high school when the light music club takes root. As Mio, Yui, Tsumugi, and Ritsu aim to become famous musicians you follow their musical 'adventures', which mainly involve Ritsu being hit. I love this series and can't wait to finish it.

10.00 (excellent) Not an anime, but a manga... After reading the series, it remains very confusing while keeping you interest on the main points of what is occurring. I must say that it is a sad series that keeps a subtle and minor happy element within it's "thorns" or agony. Without saying anymore I will say that it's ending was very sad, and was entirely unexpected. I entirely intend to watch the movie as soon as it becomes available.

7.25 (above average) An odd story of a 3rd grade girl who falls in love with her teacher. The story is strange and takes many odd turns. It is filled with slight doses of humor but is more based upon the theme of a romance. I am currently about halfway through the series and am taking a break from it for the moment.

Many of them are very funny and some are even characters who you want to pair together.

9.50 (excellent) A very funny anime. It combines the elements of romance and comedy to the most unusual and outrageous things that happen in the day to day lives of an otaku, wolf-girl, neko-mimi, normal guy, rich girl, and old fashioned guy. The episodes of the series are sometimes dual, or triple episodes and dont run in a specific order. But I highly recommend this series to anyone willing to take a look at it.
